Can I resell my festival ticket even though it has been personalised?

• If you want to sell your ticket, you must use our resale platform. You can sell your ticket directly here on the website via our resale feature. Click on the "Resale" tab in the menu. As this is an official resale by us, it is 100% guaranteed that the tickets are valid. Please note that you can only sell your ticket at a price between 90% to 100% of the original price.

I'm under 18. Can I attend with a legal guardian?

• No, admission only with the age of 18+.

Is the Spaßbad Wedemark open and can I go swimming?

• Yes, the pool is open and you can swim in the three beautiful pools. Please only go swimming if you feel comfortable. Guests who are under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted to the swimming and bathing area. The diving tower pool is closed for safety reasons.

Can I bring my own drinks/food to the festival area?

• No, drinks and food are available on site for fair prices. Our food trucks will take care of your culinary well-being and there will be a variety of vegan food options.

Is there an awareness team?

• Our awareness team is committed to an emancipated party where everyone can feel comfortable. Anyone who has a negative experience can turn to the team, which supports affected people - be it through talks, support or concrete actions.

Can I leave the festival and re-enter?

• The ticket purchased entitles the holder to one admission to the event grounds. Re-entry after leaving the event area is not possible.

Which corona rules apply?

• We currently have no corona rules for the Open Air. Please only attend Waves if you are in good health and have no symptoms. Disinfectant dispensers are available at the toilets, in the entrance area, bars and food trucks.

Are there lockers available?

• There is a limited number of lockers available for sale via our ticketshop to secure your private belongings. The lockers can be purchased via our ticket store in the extras section. Once bought, you will receive an extra ticket, which has to be shown at the booth of our partner “TruckLock” on the festival grounds. Please also note, that there are different locker sizes to choose from. If you haven’t rented a locker please be responsible and leave your valuables at home.

Is the festival barrier-free?

• Yes, the Waves Open Air Festival is barrier-free. All areas are accessible by wheelchair.
